Dietary strategy for the Holidays


Unable to escape the "great food" year-end. And besides, why deprive these pleasures with family and friends? Better manage Eve and festive lunches to avoid "upset stomach" hangover, or Extra Pounds.


Starting today and between Christmas and December 31,
Eat less fat as possible.
Do you do what is particularly rich in fats: meats, soft cheeses, pastries, sauces too rich in butter but also in oil, such as mayonnaise, remoulade, etc.
