Many of us want to lose some weight. There is
no quick fix to lose weight, but sound advice to adopt the long term. Here are
7 tips, good for the line and good for health.
1) Take time to chew
The more you eat slowly, you will
have a more lasting impression of satiety. Conversely, when we eat too quickly,
our brain mismanaging satiety messages. As a result, you eat more. You must
take the time to enjoy, especially chewing length.
2) Lose Weight limiting fat

necessarily performance, but regularity. Two sports sessions per week is a
minimum, to complete with daily activities: housework, gardening, walking short
distances, climbing stairs, etc.
