To lose fat, better endurance work


No time, no desire, no shape: any excuse is good for not doing sports. And that's a shame, especially as to enjoy its benefits, it is not essential to embark on a series of frantic activity. Just work your body regularly while having fun. If you are motivated, play sports couple or with a friend, it's more challenging.

Endurance to lose fat

Know that to lose fat, better endurance work because when we made short and violent efforts, the body first uses sugars. It is only thirty minutes beyond the muscles draw on fat reserves. If you are not a sport at heart, you can still enjoy an hour of walking per day. Cycling and swimming are also recommended as they are not too aggressive for the joints. The practice of sport is even more important after during a diet because if you do not increase your physical expenses, your body used to a slow metabolism will not burn the extra calories. Observe, however some golden rules: If you are a novice, take classes and if you miss training, flee the violent activities and competition. Also, always warm up before exercise, do not force ever and stop in case of fatigue or pain, however slight, drink water before, during and after, and did you ever spend on an empty stomach or too full.

Sport: good for the heart and bones

Exercise is beneficial for both health and for the line. It protects against cardiovascular disease and diabetes, strengthens bone strength and provides physical well-being and mental. From addition, the sport develops muscle mass and more muscular you are, the more you burn calories even at rest. Indeed, this is not so when the effort are spent calories in the hours follow.  The place to fulfill your sports capital of the week in one go, enjoy it with small steps: better five to ten minutes of gym every day for an hour a week.
