HOW NOT TO MAKE 5 POUNDS DURING THE HOLIDAYS OR WEEKEND?


In holidays and weekend, The temptation of food is high. Most people gain extra pounds, this is normal but the point is people not lose these pounds right away.

There are some tips to help you manage without too much stress?
 How not to make 5 pounds

Do not make a strict diet during the previous days, the idea to make room, take precautions, cleanse your body in preparation, etc. The only result you get will be frustrated and hungry. This will take you quite naturally, if not to stuff yourself, eat and drink well above your needs (under the pretext that ??), and thus store.
During these days "before", eat normally. Especially good big vegetable soups in the evening, grilled meats, fish, bread, fruits and dairy products.
During the holiday, two strategies. a magnificent buffet awaits you: dine on site but do not make two meals; . you only see plates salted peanuts and biscuits: nibble-two polite and tuck dinner at home.
In both cases, drink plenty of water.
Just before you go to dinners, eat something, bread, cheese, an apple (but not sausage or any other fat thing!) And drink water. If you get hungry there, you'll be in a bad mood and you eat too.
At table , listen to yourself: you're full? Stop eating. Do not overfill your plate, you will not be obliged to end with courtesy. Quench your thirst with water, not wine or champagne, reserve them for fun.

How to return to the office without being exhausted

After lunch Monday, a great walk whatever the weather, in order to clear your body. And the evening soup and vegetable soup dodo. A brings minerals, vitamins and fiber cleaners gastrointestinal tract. Herbal teas are welcome.
