Calculate your calorie expenditure


Walking, climbing stairs, cycling, golf, washing the tiles, gardening or make love, how do we consume calories by exercising these physical activities?

And how much should we spend calories to obtain a benefit in terms of health?

For your health, spend 2,000 calories per week

To improve our health capital, exercise plays an important role.
It should however know that physical activity is beneficial to our health provided it involves an expenditure of at least 2,000 calories per week.
Make yourself calculating, without cheating, and try to improve your lifestyle.

Sports: calorie expenditure per hour

Physical exercises, activities along with pursuits are usually down the page, showing calories from fat used each hour (energy expended) for the 130, 155, a hundred and eighty or even 205 single pound person. walking an hour bike.
However, do not bet too much on the love burn your calories!
Contrary to popular belief, energy expenditure during sexual relationship is not very impressive with about 70 calories for a quarter of an hour.
