PLANTS FOR DIET


Plants do not offer a quick fix to lose weight. However, according to their properties, they can represent additional help.

Combined with a healthy diet and regular physical exercise, plants bring more to lose weight permanently.

Traditionally, plants have been used to cure and relieve certain ailments.
In terms of thinness, some plants contribute:
draining,
improve blood circulation (veinotonic effect), intestinal transit,
to decrease hunger (appetite suppressant effect)
reduce sweet cravings,
burn fat (lipolytic effect), etc.

Draining plants

They facilitate the removal of water and toxins. In other words, they increase urine output.
