FAT FREE DIET PLAN

The effectiveness of a system does not seem to be based only on the restriction of fats. Indeed, increasing consumption of fruits and vegetables is proving a more effective strategy than a meager diet.

Dietary behavioral changes

The effectiveness of the schemes remains contested and it is difficult to determine which are the most effective in terms of results over the long term. This extremely simple study demonstrates that fruit and vegetables play a decisive role. Well chosen and widely integrated into the menus, they can get a low-calorie diet, more interesting than the regime with reduced fat content.
Seventy women with obesity were recruited. Half of them were given specific instructions to follow a low fat diet. The other half of the participants were to reduce their fat intake and also increase their unlimited servings of fruits and vegetables.
These are the fruits and vegetables that make the difference
A year later, all subjects lost weight. But that weight loss is greater in the fruit and vegetable group: 8 kg 6kg against women following a low fat diet. In the end, women who follow the diet rich in fruits and vegetables eat more and better satiated, while losing more weight.

Dietary behavioral changes
This type of diet has the advantage of introducing behavioral changes what is more interesting than simple demonization of products high in fat. If the study continues, it is likely that the difference in weight loss term is widening over the years. Most fats always try participating, but those that have learned to integrate more widely the fruits and vegetables in their daily diet have the advantage of having more deeply changed their eating habits, which certainly allow them to more easily maintain their weight loss and probably lose again.
