In holidays
and weekend, The temptation of food is high. Most people gain extra pounds,
this is normal but the point is people not lose these pounds right away.
There are
some tips to help you manage without too much stress?
Do not make a
strict diet during the previous days, the idea to make room, take precautions,
cleanse your body in preparation, etc. The only result you get will be
frustrated and hungry. This will take you quite naturally, if not to stuff
yourself, eat and drink well above your needs (under the pretext that ??), and

During these
