PRESERVE YOUR HEALTH COMBATING OVERWEIGHT

A BMI below 18.5 indicates underweight.

A BMI between 25 and 29.5 indicates overweight.
From 30: obesity.

Regarding the abdominal waist, standards are:
Less than 88 cm for women
Less than 102 cm for men
