WEIGHT LOSS, 7 PITFALLS


You want to lose weight? You are already a lot of effort for an unsatisfactory result? Are you sure you do it? Here's a list of the most common pitfalls that prevent the needle from the balance err on the safe side.

Have you set reasonable goals?

We all want to look like models threadlike magazines. But in real life, we are not all programmed to be very thin and starve us not change that. It is important to learn to accept and set realistic goals. Wanting to lose too many pounds, you can not do it and we are never satisfied. So be reasonable and objective.

Do not accumulate frustrations

Your diet will be more draconian, the more difficult it will be to follow in the long term. If you continually impose hardship, you must build up frustrations and you will fall, ruining all your efforts. Weight loss is achieved over the long term. There must be a long program whose goal is not to frustrate you temporarily, but you learn to eat moderately and balanced way all your life.

Do not eat too fast

Salads are they really light?

Eat salads of all kinds, including the famous green salad, would ease meals. Be careful, there are more salad, plus there vinaigrette sauce ...
Similarly, for your salads are light, avoid excessive garnish: a little ham latter, nuts and there, some diced cheese ... and you end up with a true gourmet salad!

Get enough physical activity?

Physical activity should be part of all programs to lose weight. Know that health in general, a workout every other day is ideal. Alone (e) or a group, it is essential that you moved regularly. And do not forget that all adds up throughout the day. Then take the stairs whenever the opportunity presents itself, do crafts, gardening, get bread from the baker walk, etc.
